RIGIDIRON Lat Pull Down Bar

On selectorised back machines, our RIGIDIRON Lat Pull Down Bar can be utilised to do lat pulldowns to the chest or behind the head. You have the choice of close, medium, or wide grips on the lat pulldown bar to isolate certain parts of your back, and the bar is knurled in particular places for a secure grasp. The bar can swivel freely in the middle when in use, and most cable attachment carabiners or clips can fit through the wide swivel aperture.

In commercial gyms, lat pulldown bars are typically found attached to the majority of lat pulldown machines, if not all of them. The bar attachment can be utilised at home in addition to the MFSR.
