The RIGIDIRON EZ Standard Curl Bar is designed to reduce the risk of repetitive stress injury during exercise on the wrists. They are designed for home use only and work great for general fitness needs. It can be used for challenging triceps extensions, isolating the triceps. To isolate the biceps with a combination of various underhand and overhand, close, and wide grip curls. Close grip curls can better target the outer head of the bicep. It can also be used for shoulder raises, skull crushes and bend over rows.

The Standard EZ Bar is compatible with Standard iron weights plates. It has got mutable knurled grips with spin lock collars.
